I would like to thank the Year 5 team for taking the children within classes 11 and 12 to the Manchester Museum to support their theme on the Egyptians. The children saw a fantastic variety of artefacts, mummies and they had a very informative talk from the guides which included how to mummify a body. A great time was had by all. The childrens behaviour throughout the visit was superb and this was praised by the museum guides. Thank you once again to Mrs Fairbank, Mrs McDonald and the Y5 team.
